x/2+x/3 = 15

3x+2x/6=15

5x = 15*6

5x = 90

x=90/5

x=18

 \frac{x \times  3}{2 \times 3}  +  \frac{x \times 2}{3 \times 2}  = 15

 \frac{3x}{6}  +  \frac{2x}{6}  = 15

 \frac{3x  + 2x}{6}

 \frac{5x}{6}  = 15

5x = 15 \times 6

5x = 90

x =  \frac{90}{5}

x = 18
