solving the equation we have
(x+2)(x+3)+(x-2)(x-3)-2x(x+1)=0
(x²+2x+3x+6)+(x²-2x-3x+6)-2x²-2x=0
x²+6x+6+x²-6x+6-2x²-2x=0
2x²+12-2x²-2x=0
12-2x=0
-2x=-12
2x=12
x=6

Heya !!!

(X +2) ( X +3) + ( X -3) ( X -2) -2X ( X +1) = 0

X ( X +3) +2(X +3) + X ( X -2) -3 ( X -2) -2X² + 2X = 0

=> X² + 3X + 2X + 6 + X² - 2X - 3X + 6 -2X²+2X = 0

=> X² + X² - 2X² + 3X + 2X - 2X -3X +2X+ 6 +6 = 0

=> 2X² -2X² + 5X -5X +2X +12 = 0

=> -2X = -12

=> X = -12/-2

=> X = 6

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU.,..... :-)

AnanyaSrivastava999: hey correct your second step
nishthapoddar: thank you but i think that the answer is 6
AnanyaSrivastava999: you wrote +2x instead of -2x
