..HERE IS YOUR ANSWRER...⬇⬇

x/2 + x/4 = 1/8

=> 2x + x/4 = 1/8 [°•° L.C.M. of 2 and 4 = 4]

=> 3x/4 = 1/8

=> 8 × 3x = 4

=> 24x = 4

=> x = 4/24

=> x = 1/6

Hey....!!! here is ur answer....

Given that....

x/2 + x/4 = 1/8

On taking LCM of denominator.... [ LCM of 2&4 will be ]

=> (2x + x)/4 = 1/8

=> 3x/4 = 1/8

=> x = 1/6
