Answer:

1.Slightly arranging it

x^2-y^2–2x+2y

2.Adding yx and subtracting it

x^2-y^2–2x+2y+yx-yx

3.Rearranging the equation

x^2+yx-2x-yx-y^2+2y

4.Taking x and y, as they are common

x(x+y-2)-y(x+y-2)

(x-y)(x+y-2)
