x - y =4

x =4-y

(4-y)^2 + y^2 = 8

16-8y+ y^2 +y^2 = 8

2(y^2) - 8y + 8=0

y^2 - 4y + 4 = 0

y^2-2y-2y+4=0

y(y-2)-2(y-2)=0

y-2=0

y=2

x=6

value=64
