  • 11x-9y=18-22
  • 11x-9y= -4........1st equation

now

x+3/y+3=5/6

cross multiplying

  • 6x+18=5y+15
  • 6x-5y=15-18
  • 6x-5y = -3........2nd equation

solving 1st and 2nd equation by elimination method

so multiplying equation 1st by 5 and 2nd by 9

it will be

55x-45y=-20

54x-45y=-27

changing signs

x=7

putting x=7 in equation 2

we get

y =5
