x-2x + 3x  - \frac{4}{7}  = 4x -  \frac{27}{3}  - 3

x - 2x + 3x - 4x =  \frac{4}{7}  -  \frac{27}{3}  - 3

 - 2x  =  \frac{12 - 189 - 63}{21}

 - 2x =  \frac{ - 240}{21}

x =  \frac{240}{21 \times 2}

x =  \frac{40}{7}
