X-2X+8/3=1/4(X-2-X/6)-3

-X+8/3=1/4(5X/6-2)-3

-X+8/3=5X/24-1/2-3

8/3+1/2+3=5X/24+X

35/6=29X/24

X=35×24/29×6

X=140/29
