2x = 12+3y..........(1)
x+2y = -1............ multiply by 2
2x+4y = -2
(12 + 3y) + 4y = -2........from (1)
7y = -14
y = -2
2x-3y = 12
2x-3*-2 = 12
2x-6 = 12
2x = 18
x = 9
