x= 10,8,6,4 respectively

so coordinates are (10,0),(8,1),(6,2),(4,3)

again from 2nd equation

2x-4y=4

2x=4+4y

x=4+4y/2=2+2y

so x= 2+2y now if y=0,1,2,3,4,then

x= 2,4,6,8,10

so coordinates are(2,0),(4,1),(6,2), (8,3),(10,4)

by graphical representation of plotting both the values of x and y fron both the equations we have the solution as x=6 and y =2.
