X-2Y= -300. eq.1
6X-Y= -70. eq.2

(multiply eq.2 with 2)

X-2Y= -300
12X-2Y= -140
[subtract both the equation]

-11X= -160
X= 160/11

Putting X=160/11

160/11-2Y= -300
160-22Y= -3300
-22Y= -3300-160
-22Y= -3460
Y=3460/22
Y=1730/11
