Answer:

===> x + 0.2 y = 0.6 ====> x+ (2/10)y = 6/10

cross multiply ==> 10 x + 2y =6 -----(i)

===> 3.4 x - 0.2 y = 0.01 ===>( 34/10) x - (2/10) y ==> 1/100

cross multiply===> 340 x - 20 y = 1 ----(ii)

now [ (i) × 10] + (ii) ===> 440 x ===> 61

x = 61/440 .

subsitute x in (i) ===> y = 203 / 2
