3x-6y=0--------(¡¡)

\rightarrow \frac{a1}{a2}=\frac{1}{3} \\ \rightarrow \frac{b1}{b2} = \frac{-2}{-6} = \frac{1}{3} \\ \rightarrow \frac{c1}{c2} =\frac{6}{0} \\ \rightarrow \frac{a1}{a2} = \frac{b1}{b2}≠\frac{c1}{c2}

hence, equation have no solution...
