=(x+2y)(x-2y)(x^2+4y^2)
=(x)^2-(2y)^2(x^2+4y^2)
=(x^2-4y^2)(x^2+4y^2)
=(x^2)^2-(4y^2)^2
=x^4-16y^4

(x + 2y)( x - 2y)( {x}^{2}  + 4 y {}^{2} ) \\  = (x { }^{2}  - 4y {}^{2} )(x {}^{2}  + 4y {}^{2} ) \\  =( x {}^{2} ) {}^{2}  - (4 {y}^{2} ) {}^{2}  \\  = x {}^{4}  - 16y {}^{4}
