 \frac{ x }{3 + 13} =  \frac{2 + 6}{15}

 \frac{x}{16}  =  \frac{8}{15}

By cross multiplication:-

15x = 8 \times 16

15x = 128

x =  \frac{128}{15}

or ,

x = 8.533
