x-3/2=-2/3

x=-2/3+3/2

x=-2×3+3×2/6

x=-6+6/6

x=0/6

In order to find x.....

Firstly we add 3/2 on both sides,

thus

x-3/2+3/2=-2/3+3/2

now 3/2 on the left hand  side will get canceled as both have opposite signs,

x=-2/3+3/2

moving further the lcm of 3 and 2 is 6,

therefore

x=(-4+9)/6

x=5/6.

[Note: The sign of the final answer is positive since the number with the positive value was greater and we take the sign of the greater number in our final answer]
