Answer

3 (x + 3) -2 ( x- 1 ) = 5 ( x - 5)

3x + 9 -2x + 2 = 5x - 25

x + 11 = 5x - 25

x - 5x = 25 - 11

- 4x = - 36

x =  \frac{36}{4}  = 9

3 ( x + 3 ) - 2 ( x - 1 ) = 5 ( x - 5 )

3 ( 9 + 3) - 2 ( 9 - 1 ) = 5 ( 9 - 5 )

3 (12) - 2 (8) = 5 (4)

36 - 16 = 20

20 = 20

I.H.S = R.H.S

hope this will help you...
