=> (x+1)(x^2-4x-5)

=> (x+1)(x^2+x-5x-5) (Middle term splitting).

=> (x+1)[x(x+1)-5(x+1)]

=>(x+1)(x-5)(x+1)

=> So x=-1 and x=5

There are only 2 values of x as it's 2 zeroes are equal.

And the equation must be-9x instead of +9x.
