3

Given:

  • equation x/3 = 4

To Find:

  • solve by the trial and error method

Solution:

now let's take 3 in place of x

and check weather it satisfies the rule.!

 \sf \: \frac{x}{3} = 4 \\ \\ \sf \: \frac{3}{3 } = 4 \\ \\ \sf \:1 \: not \: equal \: to \: 4

so 3 is not the solution,

let's try woth 12 now,

 \sf \:\frac{x}{3} = 4 \: \: \: \\ \\ \sf \cancel\frac{12}{3} = 4 \\ \\ \sf \:4 = 4 \:

 \sf {\underline{ \therefore \: 12 \: is \: the \: solution \: of \: the \: eqation}} \: \: \pink★

hope this helps.!!
