 \frac{x}{3}  +  \frac{5}{2}  =  \frac{ - 7}{2}  \\  \frac{2x + 10}{6}  =   \frac{ - 7}{2}  \\ 2(2x + 10) =  - 7 \times 6 \\ 4x + 20 =   - 42 \\ 4x =  - 42 - 20 \\ 4x =  - 62 \\ x =  \frac{ - 62}{4}  \\ x =  \frac{ - 31}{2}

There is little bit mistake. So please find out and correct it.
