 \frac{x}{3}  + 5y = 13 \:  \:  \:  \: and \:  \:  \: 2x +  \frac{y}{2}  = 19 \\  \\ x + 15y = 39 \:  \: and \:  \: 4x + y = 38 \\  \\

x = 39 - 15y

4x + y = 38

4(39 - 15y) + y = 38

156 - 60y + y = 38

118 = 59y

y = 2

x = 39 - 30 = 9
