2(-3)+3(4)+1 =0

-6+12+1 =0

6+1=0

Answer:

Given: x = (-3) & y = 4

To prove: 2x+3y+1 = 0

Proof:

(Putting the value of x and y that is given)we get,

=> 2(-3)+3(4)+1 = 0

=> (-6)+(12)+1 = 0

=> 7 ≠ 0 (as we got 7, therefore it's not equal to 0)

hence x= (-3) & y=4 is not a solution of 2x+3y-1=0
