 \frac{x}{3} + \frac{x}{4} + \frac{x}{6} + 5 = 20 \\

The L. C. M of 3 , 4 , 6 is 12

 \frac{4x + 3x + 2x}{12} = 20 - 5 \\ \\ \frac{9x}{12} = 15 \\ \\ 9x = 15 \times 12 \\ 9x = 180 \\ x = \frac{180}{9} \\ \\ x = 20
