x=3-7
x=-4

here is ur answer

▶ (x-3) (X+7) =0

▶by binomial multiplication.

▶X (X+7) -3( X+7) =0

▶ x^2 +7x -3x -21 =0

▶ x^2+4x-21.↪this is the quadratic equation required

▶ (x-3) =0

▶ X=3

▶(X+7) =0

▶x=(-7)

✒ so the value of X can be 3 or (-7)
