so velocity =6t-3

Explanation:

so at v=0

6t-3=0

t=0.5

displacement at v=0,time will be 0.5

so x= 3(0.5)²-3(0.5)+1

=3/4-3/2+1

= 7/4-3/2

= 1/4

=0.25m/s
