As we have g(x) = 3x+2

Domain :- for the value of x, g(x) € R.

Domain:- (−∞,∞),{x|x∈R}.

Then Domain of g(x) = R, for all x € R

# for range, let g(x) = y then, solve it

Range :- for the value of y/g(x), x € R.

Here, y= 3x+2

3x= y-2

x= (y-2)/3

Now, x >= 0 ; y-2 >=0 ———— (1)

It become y>= 2

Hence, value of y is greater than equal to 0.

Then, y € [ 2, infinity].

But from (1),we get y >=0

Range: (−∞,∞),{y|y∈R} (−∞,∞),y|y∈R
