Answer:

hey mate here is ur answer

hope it was help full

given question: 1) x + 3y = 13

                          2) 3x + 4y = 19

Solve equation [1] for the variable  x

 [1]    x = -3y + 13

=  Plug this in for variable  x  in equation [2]

  [2]    3•(-3y+13) + 4y = 19

  [2]     - 5y = -20

= Solve equation [2] for the variable  y

  [2]    5y = 20

  [2]    y = 4

=  By now we know this much :

   x = -3y+13

   y = 4

= Use the  y  value to solve for  x

   x = -3(4)+13 = 1

Solution :

{x, y} = {1,4}

(remember solve by substitution)

thank you
