You can Do This By Elimination Method mate!!

We just need to Make atleast one coefficient same

But in the given We Have it already

so

x+3y=16

-2x-3y=-4

-x+0y=12

x=-12

y=16-x/3 from 1st equation

y=16-(-12)/3

y=28/3
