Answer:

hey mate,

Step-by-step explanation:

→ ( x ²+ 1/x ²)² = x^4  + 1/x ^4 + 2x^2 X 1/x^2  ( x² and x² cancels here).

→ ( x ² + 1/x² ) ²  = 47 + 2 = 49

→ x²+ 1 / x² = √ 49  = 7     ( 1) equation

→ ( x + 1/x) ² = x² + 1/x²+ 2x X 1/x       ( here x and x cancels)

→ ( x + 1/x) ² = ( x² + 1/x²) + 2

→ ( x + 1/x) 2 = 7 + 2 = 9

→ x + 1 /x= √ 9 = 3

→ Now, using this  [A³ + B³ = A³+ B³+ 3AB (A+B)]

→ ( X + 1/X)³ = X³ + 1/X³ + 3X.1/X ( X+1/X)

→ (3) ³ = X³ + 1/X³+ 3(3)

→  27 = x³ + 1/x³ + 9

→ 27 - 9 = x³ + 1/x³

→ [18 = x³+ 1/x ³]

Note: use this   [A³ + B³ = A³+ B³+ 3AB (A+B)] really important]
