(x+4/x-4)2 - 5(x+4/x-4) + 6 = 0

=> 2x+8/x-4 - 5x+20/x-4 + 6=0
=> 2x+8-5x-20/x+4 =-6
=>-3x-12 = -6x -24
=>3x = -12
=>x = -4
