2x/9-y/9=-2
2x-y=-18
y-2x=18
y=18+2x

now in 2nd eq.

x/4+y/5=1
5x+4y=20
5x+4(18+2x)=20

5x+72+8x=20
13x=-52
x=-4

then y= 18 +(-8)
=10

hope this helps.
if it helps plz follow and thank me

now substituting the value of y in the other eq. we get
