Answer:

 →\frac{x + 4}{y}  = 9 \\ x + 4 = 9y............(i) \\  \\ → \frac{2x - 6}{y} = 11 \\ 2x - 6 = 11y.............(ii)

 =  > Multiply \: eq(i) \: from \: 2 \\  = 2x + 8 = 18y............(iii)

=>By \: subtracting \: eq(i) \: from \: eq(iii) \\  - 14 =  - 7y \\ y =  \frac{14}{7}  \\ y = 2

 =  > Put \: y = 4 \: in \: eq(i) \\   x + 4 = 9y \\  x = 36 - 4 \\ x = 32

Hence, value of x is 32 and value of y is 2.
