Let x be 0 substitute the value of x in the equation

-(0)+4y=8

4y=8

y=8/4

y=2

(x,y)

(0,2)

Let x be 4 substitute the value of x in the equation

-4+4y=8

4y=8+4

4y=12

y=12/4

y=3

(x,y)

(4,3)

Let x be 8 substitute the value of x in the equation

-8+4y=8

4y=8+8

4y=16

y=16/4

y=4

(x,y)

(8,4)
