HEY BUDDY....HERE'S YOUR ANSWER...

 \frac{x + 5}{6 - x} + 1 =  \frac{x + 3}{4}

 \frac{x + 5 + 6 - x}{6 - x} =  \frac{x + 3}{4}

Because we to LCM in the L.H.S side

 \frac{11}{6 - x}  =  \frac{x + 3}{4}

(6 - x)(x + 3) = 11 \times 4

6x + 18 - x {}^{2}  - 3x = 44

 - x {}^{2}  + 3x + 18 - 44 = 0

 -  {x}^{2} + 3x - 26 = 0

 - 1(x {}^{2}  - 3x + 26) = 0

 = b {}^{2}  - 4ac

 = ( - 3) {}^{2}  - 4(1)(26)

 = 9 - 94

=-85

-85<0

So,the equation has imaginary roots.
