X+6/4 + x+3/4 =5x-4/8​

⟹ \frac{x + 6}{4}  +  \frac{x + 3}{4}  =  \frac{5x  - 4}{8}

⟹ \frac{2x + 9}{4}  =  \frac{5x  - 4}{8}

⟹16x + 72 = 20x - 16

⟹20x - 16x = 72 + 16

⟹4x = 88

⟹x = 22✓
