x^6-64y^9 factories using formula :a^3-b^3=(a-b)(a^2+ab+b^2)
a^3+b^3=(a+b)(a^2-ab+b^2)​

 \sf =  ( {x}^{2} )^{3}  -  {(4 {y}^{3}) }^{3}

 \sf = ( {x}^{2}  - 4 {y}^{3} )( {x}^{4}  + 4 {x}^{2}  {y}^{3}  + 16 {y}^{6} )

Hence, it is the factorised form.
