QUESTION:- (x-6)(x+7)=(x-11)(x+3)

ANSWER:-

(x - 6)(x + 7) = (x - 11)(x + 3)

For \:  L.H.S \:(x-6)  \: will \:  be \:  multiplied  \: by  \: (x+7)

And,  \: for  \: R.H.S  \: (x-11)(x+3)  \: will  \: be \:  multiplied \:  by \:  (x+3)

So, Now

x {}^{2}  + 7x - 6x - 42 = x {}^{2}  + 3x - 11x - 33

Now, solving the equation

x {}^{2}  + x - 42 = x {}^{2}  - 8x - 33

Taking variables on one side and numbers on other side

x {}^{2}  - x {}^{2}  + x +8x =  - 33 + 42

x {}^{2}   \: got \: cancelled

 - 9x = 9

x =  -  \frac{\cancel9}{\cancel9}

x=   - 1
