(x - 7) ^{2}  - 16 \\  \\ = ( {x}^{2}  - 2 \times x \times 7 +  {(7)}^{2}  ) - 16 \\  \\  = ( {x}^{2}  - 14x + 49) - 16 \\  \\  =  {x}^{2}  - 14x + 49 - 16 \\  \\  =  {x}^{2}  - 14x + 33
