x +  \frac{7}{3}  =  \frac{2}{5}

Here, we will take the left variable in the right side.

So the positive sign will turn into negative sign when it is taken to the right side.

x =  \frac{2}{5}  -  \frac{7}{3}

L.C.M of 5 and 3 will be 15.

Therefore,

x =  \frac{6 - 35}{15}

x = ( \frac{ - 28}{15} )

Hence, The Value Of x is (-28/15)
