x+7y=10

x=10-7y-------(equation1)

3x-2y=7

substituting equation 1 in above equation

3(10-7y)-2y=7

30-21y-2y=7

-23y=7-30

-23y=-23

y=-1

x=10-7y

x=10-7

x=3

given x+7y=10 so x=10-7y

put it on other equation

3(10-7y)-2y=7

so

30-21y-2y=7

23=23y

y=1 & x=3
