Given Equation :  \frac{x}{9} +  \frac{x}{3} =   \frac{1}{9}

Taking the LCM,

 \frac{x + 3x}{9}  =   \frac{1}{9}

Taking 9 to the other side,

 \frac{4x}{9}  =  \frac{9}{9}

{4x}  = 1

Taking 9 to the other side,

x = 1 \times 4

 \boxed{x = 4}
