equation one we have to multiple with 3 than

3x+27y-3z=12

2x+7y+3z=7

the z term will cancel

5x+34y=19 this take as 4 equation

equation one multiple with 4 then

4x+36y-4z=16

3x+10y+4z=9

the z term will cancel

7x+46y=25 take as 5 equation

4&5th equation as

4th equation as multiple as 7&5th equation as multiple as 5th
