 \frac{x - a}{x - b}  =  \frac{a + b}{a - b}

(x - a)(a - b) = (x - b)(a + b)

 \implies \: ax - bx -  {a}^{2}   + ab = ax + bx - ab -  {b}^{2}

 \implies \:  - 2bx -  {a}^{2}  + 2ab +  {b}^{2}  = 0 \\ \implies  {a}^{2}   -  {b}^{2}  + 2bx - 2ab = 0

\huge{\bf{\bold{\underline{\underline{ Solution : }}}}}

 \frac{x - a}{x - b }  =  \frac{a + b}{a - b}  \\ x - a \times a - b = a + b \times x - b \\ x - a =  \frac{a + b \times x - b}{a - b}  \\ x - a = b \times x \\ x = b \times  - a \\ x =  - ba \\ hey \: mark \: me \: as \: brainlist
