Answer:

x and y existing ratio - 3:2 they admitted z into partnership .

so , X sacrifice 1/3rd of his share means 1/3×3/5

=> 3/15 is for z .and ,

y sacrifice 1/10 so 1/10×2/5 = 2/50

so new ratio of x = 3/5 - 3/15 = 6/15

and y = 2/5-1/10 = 15/50

and , z = 6/15 + 15/50 = 60+45/150 = 105/150

and new ratio of x, y, z will be = 6/15:15/50:105/150

so , after equalling denominator x,y,z profit sharing = 60:45:105

i.e. = 12:9:21 , or 4:3:7

and sacrificing ratio = 3/15 and 2/50

so , sac. ratio of x and y = 30:6

i.e = 5:1 sacrificing ratio

Answer:

X's old share= 3/5

Y's old share= 2/5

Z is admitted as a partner.

X's sacrifice= 3/5 * 1/3

= 3/15

Y's sacrifice= 1/10

Therefore, Z's share= 3/15 + 1/10

= 9/30

X's new share= 3/5- 3/15

= 6/15

Y's new share= 2/5- 1/10

= 3/10

New profit sharing ratio= 4:3:3

Sacrificing ratio= 2:1
