X and Y are points on side LN of triangle LMN such that LX = XY = YN. through X, a line is drawn parallel to LM to meet MN i Z. prove that area of triangle LZY = area of MZYX = 2 x Area of triangle ZNY.

i used theorem of area of triangles between same parallels and having same base are equal and median divides triangle in two triangle of equal area
