ratio of investment = 23:12

total profit = 17750

salary for 1 year = 9000

let ammount after giving salary = 8750

now b is given 7% of remaining salary means

7*8750/100

= 612.5

left ammount = 8137.5

now remaining ammount distributed on the basis of their capital so

1 unit = 8137.5/35

1 unit = 232.5

now x Share will be 232.5 *23= 5347.5

and y share will be = 232.5*12 +9000+612.5 = 12402.50

did my best to give simple amd short explanation
