(x+b)/ (a-b) = (x-b) ( a+b)

(x+b) (a+b) = ( a-b) (x-b)

x(a+b) +b (a+b) = x(a-b) -b (a-b)

xa+xb+ba+ = xa-xb-ba+

xb+xb = -ba -ba

2xb = -2ba

xb = -ba

hope it helps u..
