According to Avogadros law

one mole at STP contains the same number of molecules.

where Avogadros contant = 6.022×10^23

so from the formular

N= n×NA

But n= m÷mr

The number of mole of methane = 0.8g÷ CH4

n= 20g÷16g/mol

n= 1.5mol

but

N = n×NA

N = 1.5 mol × 6.022×10^23

N = 9.03300 × 10²³ moles
