Answer

When the gallbladder is removed, bile made by the liver can no longer be stored between meals, instead an adequate amount of bile can flow out of your liver and through your bile ducts to the intestine without having to enter the gallbladder first. Thus, there still is bile in the intestine to mix with food and fat.

He may have more difficulty in digesting fatty food. He should avoid large amount of fat and eat low fat diet.

Hope it helps :)
