It acts as cytoplasmic framework to provide surface for biochemical activities of the cell. ‘X’ is involved in the process ‘Y’ for building of the cell membrane. Two types of ‘X’ are -‘A’ and ‘B’. ‘A’ play crucial role in formation of digestive enzymes present in lysosomes. ‘B’ is the cell organelles present in the liver of animals which detoxify many poisons and drugs.
